Wellbeing Initiative Association (WIA) provides advice and support to the Special Needs children, adults, and their families. Our professional and experienced volunteers provide information and advice on the whole process of child’s or adult’s diagnosis of their medical condition. These volunteers are best listening ears to the families of Special Needs children and adults. We regularly arrange workshops and events to raise the awareness about Special Needs of children and adults. WIA can help with the process of Team Around the Child TAC or Team Around the Family TAF, Education Health and Care Plan EHCP, meetings with Educational Psychologist and Paediatricians, General Practitioner GP appointments and meetings with academic staff of the school or college of the Special Needs child or adult. Our volunteers provide complete help with the process of getting diagnosis for children who are intellectually challenged for example Autistic Spectrum Disorder ASD and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder ADHD. WIA provides a complete guide to learning disability support available to the families of Special Needs children and adults.
